Strong kitchen and dining room experience with "hands on" attention to details of authentic Italian food, recipes and execution of a quality guest and employee experience is required.
Responsibilities include:
* . Food preparation and service for all meal periods
* . Recipe adherence and specials created with an emphasis on Italian cuisine
* . Training and supervising all kitchen staff
* . Adhering to food and facility safety requirements
* . Ensuring that quality and cost standards are consistently obtained
* . Completing kitchen administrative and human resource duties
* . Inventory, ordering, scheduling with cost control
* Positive attitude with all guests and employees.
* Must have a flexible schedule and able to work varied shifts including weekends.
* Conversational Spanish is helpful.
* Prior experience as Head Chef, Supervisor or Shift Lead is essential.
