Qualifications:

* Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role within the restaurant industry.
* Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
* Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service standards, and safety regulations.
* Proficient in handling financial aspects such as budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications in hospitality management are a plus.
