As an AGM you will be responsible for daily operations, including opening and closing the restaurant, making sure that we have the team that we need to achieve, creating and following a shift plan, and leading your team through all food preparation and cleaning tasks.

You will provide daily communication to reinforce top priorities of the day and week. You will run detail-oriented shifts overseeing the food quality, hospitality and overall team member and customer satisfaction.
This is your chance to further develop and enhance your leadership abilities as an asset to our team. You’ll work directly with your General Manager and team members to ensure effective work practices at FUSIAN.

Salary: $45,000 per year + bonus

Restaurant Operations Manager, Assistant Manager, Team Lead / Crew Lead / Shift Manager is generally offered as full time or part time restaurant job.

Prior experience in one of the following roles and brands is highly desirable: assistant general manager, shift lead, crew lead, kitchen manager, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager, food and beverage, catering and events, or other restaurant job at Fusian, Piada, KFC, Chipotle, Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, Starbucks, Panera Bread, McDonalds, Taco Bell, Burger King, Brassica, Northstar Café, Sushi Restaurant, and all other restaurant brands.
