Description
The PM Operational Director is responsible for the proper functioning of all operations in the restaurant during the second shift (2pm-11pm).

They are expected to always maintain profitability and speed of service while holding lower-level leadership accountable to meet goals. The Operational Director is responsible for the overall good morale and great working environment for the shift leaders and team members.

The Operational Director is responsible for the cleanliness and organization of the entire restaurant. He or she is also responsible for the guest focused attitude of the FOH staff.
The Operational Director is responsible to ensure their shift always operates with food safety as the number one priority and to maintain accountability when any issue is discovered.
