Requirements/Responsibilities
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities Include:

* Participating operationally in day to day activities in high-volume fast-paced restaurant.
* Offer immediate/respectful response to Guest's needs.
* Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, act as a role model for our team.
* Demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching, directing, and motivating a team
* Passion for delivering excellent service to the guests and creating an encouraging environment for the team members
* Open and/or close, lead shifts
* Count Drawers and Finalizing Day.
* Excellent Communication Skills both written and spoken.
* Team player attitude that looks at the good of the business and others before one's self
* Will directly impact interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
* Daily decision-making, staff support, daily set-up
* Ensure quality and safety of food
* Ensure cleanliness standards are upheld
* Bring ideas to the table that will enhance the guest experience or work environment
* 1 year of management experience preferred
