The team leader position is generally offered with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven ability to manage in a fast paced environment as part of a team
- Basic computer, mobile devices and smart phone knowledge

- Coach, communicate with, and motivate fellow team members
- Maintain positive work environment while treating all employees with honor, dignity, and respect
- Ability to multi-task while following Chick-fil-A's additional operational policies and procedures as related to position
