Pay: Start at $18.50-$19.50/hour ($38,480-$40,560+ annually) wage depends on availability and experience; bonus and overtime wage potential every month into addition to regular hourly pay!

Training would take place before reopening in mid March in 2024. Starting pay for training would be $17.50-$18 per hour until reopen and training is retained then raise to starting pay of $18.50-$19.50 occurs.

Basic Requirements:
• Be able to open and close the restaurant (paid training will accomplish this)
• Work at least 30 hours a week (we are happy to work with school schedules)
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays
• Lead a team of 15-20 people simultaneously
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A and NC DHEC Food Safety standards
• Exhibit exceptional customer service/hospitality characteristics
• Be servant-hearted and humble, must be coachable and willing to learn
• Lead and assist in operations in such a way to effectively meet established labor cost, food cost and customer service metric goals
• Believe in a total team mentality with expectations to spend time performing FOH and BOH functions and other duties assigned by the Owner/Operator, Directors, and other leaders including cooking, cleaning, food preparation and serving guests
• Coach team members to maintain consistency in food and service to increase sales and continuously improve hospitality
• Work in conjunction with all management to enforce compliance with all employment policies in areas of responsibility
• Review and monitor financial and operating performance of the restaurant; develop and implement action plans to correct inadequate performance

**Minimum of 2 years previous restaurant leadership experience is required. ServSafe Certification is preferred.
