Your Role on Our Family:
Enthusiastically and passionately lead the Kitchen team
Coaching the behaviors of all Team Leaders and Team Members who work in the Kitchen. Those behaviors include:

Attention to detail that ensures preparation and production procedures are followed
Execution of systems that ensure a refreshingly clean environment

Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food safety

The Ideal Kitchen Director:
Kitchen and/or restaurant-specific experience necessary
Excels in a fast-paced environment and handles stressful situations well
Positive attitude
Loves serving and helping others and values teamwork

Excitement to learn and take initiative
Enjoys the same daily routine tasks
Willing and able to work in a physically demanding role (including able to lift up to 50 lbs, work on feet for several hours, able to work outdoors in drive-thru)

This job is not for everyone. During peak hours, Chick-fil-A kitchens serve over 400 guests in an hour (that’s full meal produced every 10 seconds). While serving our guests with cravable hot food, we must keep our kitchen spotless and well stocked. Are you up for the challenge? If so, apply today!
A Kitchen Manager should:
Work a minimum of thirty hours per week in the restaurant
Focus on systematically and effectively communicating all restaurant-related goals and success
Combine critical thinking and practical leadership to create a culture of innovation
Effectively coach and give direction
Align hiring, training and evaluation practices with the Vision of the organization
Enthusiastically and passionately lead any assigned area(s) of the business
Actively demonstrate personal and professional growth inside and outside of Chick-fil-A
