The Director of Culture is responsible for selecting talent and shaping the culture of our team and restaurant. They will set the tone for how we as a team serve each other as team members, how we serve our guests, and the environment that we create around us. This person should be well versed in directing teams, human resources, talent selection, customer service, and personal coaching conversations. They will be in charge of managing the growth and promotion of our team including wage and responsibility adjustments. They will also handle many of the human resource functions including performance reviews, coaching conversations, adherence to restaurant policies, etc. Oversight of the care of our team will also be included in the scope of this role. This includes creating special moments for team members on anniversaries or birthdays as well as organizing team outings or activities to promote team unity and engagement.

Director of Culture is generally a full time job and the range of salary is $37K-$49K. This role is for a single Restaurant.

Prior experience in talent selection, human resources, restaurant team lead, supervisor, community engagement, social media, and sales are very helpful to your success at this job.
Restaurant Director of Culture Requirements / Responsibilities:

* Ensure 2nd Mile Service is being executed on a daily basis
* Plan and execute teambuilding and culture enhancing activates with team members
* Partner with Operator to formulate a yearly performance metric plans
