Chick-fil-A Kent Island is seeking a developed, senior-level leader to apply their experience to our continued pursuit of “Operational Excellence” while creating a positive work culture. You’ll be communicating with, tracking, training, and coaching all Team Members and Leaders on achieving and exceeding service and revenue goals during the evening shift.

Restaurant Manager must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work efficiently. Restaurant Manager serves on our management team and reports to the Owner/Operator, and is responsible for the overall flow of the restaurant. The Restaurant Manager will start in with an in-house training, where the expectation is to learn the responsibilities before fully launching into the position.

Pay Type:
Starting at $15+, commensurate with experience

Requirements/Responsibilities
Requirements:
Experience as a leader, preferably in a restaurant environment
Basic computer and iPad competency
Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 50lbs

Responsibilities:
Takes care of employee performance and policy/procedure violations of Team Members brought to the attention of the Restaurant Manager
Inputs data daily into the P/L system, and interprets the data to make adjustments to the Operations of the restaurant
Works with leadership team to ensure appropriate daily and restaurant staffing levels
Achieves strategic, annual business results through focus and action on tactical monthly and quarterly objectives and tasks and reviewing reports
Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees and leaders with respect while providing them with direction and feedback
Makes changes in the restaurant to improve our speed of service and accuracy scores
Serves as a subject matter expert to leadership for ongoing hospitality and production support
Responsible for inventory and facilities management
Complete understanding of each key position in both the front and back of the store
Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
Follow Chick-fil-A’s operational policies and procedures
