We are looking for an enthusiastic Hospitality/Marketing Director to join our team.

This role will be integral in structuring our customer experience. The position will have responsibilities on how our customers engage us through our digital platforms and all channels (Dine In, Drive Thru, Catering, Mobile) of business.

Requirements/Responsibilities
Hospitality Roles & Responsibilities (70%)
• Set team goals, share the score visually and celebrate the wins
• Serve as a subject matter expert for hospitality and service
• Develop a hospitality plan
• Identify and implement signature service offerings that go the 2nd Mile
• Model hospitality with Team Members and Guests
• Celebrate Team Member successes in delivering hospitality & excellent service
• Partner with Training and Operations Directors to ensure Team Members are trained on service requirements
• Coaches team members daily on the Recipe for Service and 2nd Mile Service
• Creates daily focus on goals and specific hospitality behaviors
• Review service processes with Operator and Leadership Team
• Measure Restaurant CEM and Cares performance to identify areas of opportunity for continuous improvement and share with team
• Train team members on Guest Recovery Model
• Responsible for addressing and responding to Cares comments within 24hours
• Perform weekly assessment and feedback regarding current Team Member behaviors
• Ensure marketing activities, catering and events align with hospitality vision
Marketing Roles & Responsibilities (30%)
• Ensure POP is current, enhance dining room experience with flowers on tables, ensure promo pieces are in good repair, maintain community board and marquis
• Direct sales related Team member contests and secure and deliver prizes
• Manage and communicate store events proactively with flyers and social media platform, leverage PR opportunities
• Within guidelines provided by the Operator, prepare an annual marketing budget during Q4 of the prior year.


The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills in addition to In-store and catering food preparation experience.
