• This job is not for everyone. During peak hours, our Chick-fil-A kitchen serves over 200 guests in an hour (that’s a full meal produced every 18 seconds.) While serving our guests with cravable hot food, we must keep our kitchen spotless and well stocked. Your job will be to perform repeated tasks with excellence in a fast paced environment. •Work Directly With A Chick-fil-A Operator. The Operator is an independent business person, responsible for the operation of the restaurant, who invests time in his or her employees, teaching them important business skills for the future.
