Proper onboarding of new hires:

o Conducting orientation with a focus on core values, our purpose, our commitment to service and Chick-fil-A culture

o Reinforcing critical components of the employee handbook

· Leading the training program for the restaurant, including:

o Ensure OSHA compliance

o Recertifying team members as needed

o Training all team member in the event of a new product rollout or new process/new equipment

o Certifying trainers

Diligently track training progress of all new hires

· Perform observations on Team Members performing training to highlight, praise and re-direct behavior

· Perform the 30 Day and 100 Day evaluation of every new hire

· Coach, teach, and train a qualified manager to perform the 100 day evaluation and provide immediate coaching feedback to the manager.

o On a quarterly basis, lead a team meeting

· Managing the RQA program and providing weekly trend reports to leadership and posting

o Utilize the results to impact further training
This position must:

-Be available Monday through Saturday 0700 (7am) to 2000 (8pm) *approximately 40 hours a week with ability for overtime.

-Be available to work all holidays & weekends (major holidays closed and closed Sundays)

-Have excellent communication and ability to educate & coach others

-Have the ability to create training plans and follow up on the completion of training

Responsible for the overall training and development of all team members including: the proper onboarding for new team members, remedial education for team members, and proactively training on new products and procedures.

Works on position (i.e. register, prep, bagging, etc.) as scheduled and needed to ensure smooth operations of the store.

Reports into the General Manager
