To ensure every team member is properly trained and continues to serve guests the “Chick-fil-A Roseville and Arden Hills Way”
Works with the Directors to create a strategy for Training and Development success
Assists the Directors with results in executing the vision
Monitors development of leaders and team members
Performs hands-on training in the Front of House and BOH
Organizes weekly training schedules for Front of House and BOH
Ensures team members’ first day is memorable
Responsible for team members’ first thirty days of employment
Develops and implements improvements to training program
Manages organizational labor costs
Manages training guides for each position, ensures they are up to date
Implements initiatives to promote employee retention
Creates sustaining, self-reliant training teams
Exemplifies the core service and hospitality values of Chick-fil-A
Demonstrates knowledge of the brand and menu items
Enforces Chick-fil-A operational policies and procedures
Attends and contributes to bi-weekly Leadership Meetings
All other tasks as assigned

Full-Time, 40+ hours per week, open availability required
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time
Ability to close open the restaurant
Available to close at least 3 nights a week
