Requirements/Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Works with Front Counter Director to create a strategy for the front of house success
Assists Front Counter Director with results in executing the vision
Assists with CFA Stream systems and processes
Works with Front Counter Director to ensure appropriate daily restaurant staffing levels
Holds Team Leaders and Captains to levels of excellence in Food Safety, Attentive/Courteous Service, Speed, Food Cost, Cleanliness, and Productivity
Ensures that the shifts are running smoothly in the front counter and we are delivering Remarkable experiences to guests
Cleanliness - interior
Completes set-up sheet one day prior to shift start
Safe Count/reconciling money
Counting and settling drawers
Answering the phone
Guest recovery
Catering orders
Running breaks
Making change
Finding product from other stores when inventory is short
General safety & security of the restaurant
Ensures that daily/weekly checklists are completed with excellence
Demonstrates ownership of respective areas and communicates victories/challenges to Front Counter Director
Exemplifies the core service and hospitality values of Chick-fil-A
Demonstrates knowledge of the brand and menu items
Enforces Chick-fil-A operational policies and procedures
Attends and participates in bi-weekly FOH meeting
All other tasks as assigned

Requirements:
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time
Ability to close open the restaurant
Available to close at least 3 nights a week
