Ensure successful execution of curbside, front counter, 3rd Party, and Dining Room/Patio
Maintains cleanliness of dining room, patio, bathrooms and FOH
Manages labor productivity
Trains and develops team members and leaders
Ensures CEM target scores are being met
Oversees Front Counter systems and processes
Enforces adherence to quality standards and policies
Holds FOH team members accountable to all policy standards
Empowers team members to perform 2nd Mile Service
Creates self-reliant teams
Troubleshoots issues with IT, equipment, and processes
Organizes weekly schedules for Front of House
Exemplifies the core service and hospitality values of Chick-fil-A
Demonstrates knowledge of the brand and menu items
Enforces Chick-fil-A operational policies and procedures
Attend and contribute to weekly Director Meetings
All other tasks as assigned
