Responsibilities:

Perform all positions with excellence and speed
Adept at performing an eRQA test
Completed Pathway training for all front of house areas
Knowledgeable of menu and ingredients
Ability to suggest and recommend options to better serve the guest
Anticipate guest needs and proactively serve
Execute 2nd Mile Service requirements (genuine, proactive, personal)
Adept at counting down a drawer
Adept at counting the safe and closing the day
Adept at cleaning lemonade dispensers
Adept at cleaning ice cream machine
Adept at performing all table-touch in and dining room tasks
Adept at performing opening set-up tasks
Adept at performing closing tasks
Adept at answering phone and taking a catering order
Adept at handling guest complaints and performing guest recovery
Adept at all register functions (performing refunds, printing nutritional information, reprinting receipts, etc.)
Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for up to 8 hours for a shift
