About the Position
The Front of House (FOH) Director oversees the execution of operational strategies and is responsible for ensuring the entire FOH is in alignment with the vision of Chick-fil-A Hendersonville. This position works closely with the Operating Partner and other Directors to ensure our vision and core values are the foundation on which we grow the business. This position coaches all FOH employees by following Pathway procedures and paying special attention to the guest experience. The FOH Director has a well-rounded knowledge of the business in his/her area of influence and proactively seeks continued personal and professional growth.
