Overview
Catering Team Member supports the execution of Glenwood Place catering goals through
operational excellence. This person leads the business of catering through order accuracy,
account management, and protecting the guest experience. He or she will be skilled in all BOH and delivery driving positions!

Requirements/Responsibilities
Sr. Lead Responsibilities
● Supervises Catering Leads and Team Members
● Assists in the execution of monthly catering sales goals
● Spearheads the catering guest experience - guest recovery; follow ups; etc.
● Executes all ADPs, Fooda events, etc.
● Manages catering inventory and invoice management
● Submit weekly staffing requests for catering, ADPs, and Fooda to Catering Coordinator or CMO
● Fridays and Saturdays are mandatory unless absence/time-off has been properly planned
for and approved by Catering Coordinator and/or Chief Marketing Officer
● Flexible hours as needed for executing catering orders
● Supervises Catering Leads and Team Members
