Currently looking for someone who can help lead our business in a high capacity; someone that provides a culture of hospitality and hard work and has a mind to serve others first. You must have good character and be able to work with other leaders well. You must have a teachable persona, and must also be able to coach team members when necessary.

We will take the time to teach you all team member tasks over the first 60 days and provide more leadership responsibilities as you go!

The Kitchen Manager will oversee the operations of the entire kitchen - ensuring quality of all products; 100% compliance to all food safety practices and Health Code regulations; coach, train and develop his/her team; maintain cleanliness of area and equipment; monitor food costs and labor; oversee the truck order and manage the inventory.

The Kitchen Manager is a physically demanding role. This individual must be prepared to be on his/her feet daily and work regularly with his/her team to make sure they are following the Food Safety standards


Pay rate starts at $14.50/hr

Requirements/Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Walk through the kitchen regularly and ensure cleanliness of area and equipment.
• Communicate necessary information to team members properly.
• Oversee the daily and weekly catering orders.
• Direct his/her team in the kitchen
• Ensure all equipment is working properly.
• Manage inventory.
• Complete necessary administrative paperwork.
• Engage regularly with team members.

Skills/Competencies/Experience:
• 2-3 years of experience in a kitchen management role.
• Must be able to handle fast-paced environment.
