Ideal Marketing candidate should possess the following qualities:

Create a community by leading with real food and leveraging the Cow through fundraisers, concessions, outside sales, food distribution, leading donations request, and creating opportunities in additional distribution points (ADPs)
Build strong partnerships with district schools
Organize, schedule, and lead Spirit Nights
Oversee placement and stewardship of marketing materials in our community
Communicate Weekly/Monthly marketing updates with executive team
Identifying, recording and communicating any community events that requires an appearance of us or that will impact our normal business. (Sporting events, community involvement…etc.)
In restaurant
Increasing transaction count across all day parts
Increasing check averages
Sampling new rollout/limited time products
Oversee suggestive selling (give expectations and hold contests)
Be organized with events (planning, decorations, execution, leading...etc.)
Be alert of pick-up and delivery orders. Set up team for success.
Monthly upkeep of Community Board
Identify and communicate all community events to operations team
Track usage of DOC’s and orders on DOC’s
Tracks and finalize all Spirit Night results
Oversee all marketing expenses to ensure stewardship
Recover guest relationships with H.E.A.R.D Model
