Customer Service Afternoon and Dinner Front of House Team Member Requirements & Responsibilities:
We are looking for applicants who exhibit the following qualities:

Applicants must be able to:
* Smile
* Create and Maintain Eye Contact
* Speak Enthusiastically
* Make Emotional Connections with Guests
Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time. Day shift period ranges from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Evening shift period ranges from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Long and short shifts will be scheduled during those respective timeframes. Closing staff will be expected to stay after closing time for cleaning and breakdown tasks.
Operational tasks:
* Cashier
* Headset
* Outside Drive-thru
* Order Fulfillment
* Station Cleanliness
The Customer Service Team Member position is available for both full time and part time hours. Full time availability is considered for 35 hours or more in the week. An availability to work during peak service times is expected.
Prior experience as customer service, cashier, associate, restaurant crew member, team member or other part time restaurant job experience is not required but is preferred.
