Requirements/Responsibilities
We are looking for applicants who exhibit the following qualities:

Leader Key Responsibilities
* Assists the Operator and Director team in setting a values based culture in the restaurant
by leading by example every day

* Coaches operational leaders and team members to address issues as they arise
* Ensures guest satisfaction by leading teams through daily operations
* Partners with the rest of the senior leadership team to communicate and execute initiatives
with the operational leaders and team members

Key Responsibilities
*Maintain recruiting and HR platform
*Maintain talent email account and correspondence with potential team members with 24
hour response time
*Screen candidates and work alongside the People Director to select potential team
members
*Complete new hire onboarding process according to procedures set forth by Operator and
People Director
*Maintain team member development process documents and update as needed
*Educate team members and leaders on Team Member Handbook policies
*Maintain Team Member files including Disciplinary forms, paperwork, and government
documents
*Maintain and improve on tracking system for Team Member evaluations
*Schedule evaluations for team members and prepare meeting documents in advance
*Gather information from leadership team for team member evaluations
*Assists the People Team in executing team member quarterly events
*Assists the People Director in executing monthly team member appreciation
*Executes team member celebrations based on People Director quarterly plans

This role works 20 hour a week in non operational work and 20 hours as a leader in operations.
