Requirements/Responsibilities
The Training Lead is responsible for:
* Conduct New Hires Orientations
* Plan and Implement All Rollout Training
* Ensure that All Training Tools Are Up-to-Date
* Guides the Training Team to Help Achieve Goals
* Conduct New-Hire Evals
* Train-Up New Trainers and Check-In Regularly with Training Team
* Effectively Communicate Trainer Feedback to Leadership Team
* Train New Hires, when applicable
* Support Leadership Team, when needed
The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills in addition to in-store/operational experience.
* 1-2 year of Leadership Experience
* Exceptional organizational skills to manage an operation with many moving parts
* Passion for Chick-fil-A values
* Open availability
* Passionate about serving others
* Chick-fil-A experience preferred
The Training Lead position is a full time opportunity that offers benefits.
Prior experience as a restaurant manager, operations manager, supervisor, shift lead, restaurant assistant, trainer, training manager, and/or general manager will be very helpful to your success at this job.
