Position Type: Day shift from 5:30am-2:30pm; must be available on Saturday and all holidays

Requirements:
Ability to multitask
Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace--hustle is a must!
Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic

Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Available on Saturdays
Must be able to commit to a year

Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
Follow and enforce proper procedures for receiving & storing goods
Enforce and follow holding times and use of day dots
Follow and enforce proper training procedures for preparing food items
Oversee and enforce daily Produce Vendor check-in and quality inspections
Verify both quality & quantity of produce
Periodically weigh cases
Ensure the daily tracking and management of Waste through InFORM
Use sales mix interval report for keeping trays current and reducing waste
Enforce and demonstrate the use of a scale at ALL times
Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A corporate
Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Kitchen Manager
Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to, standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 40lbs.
Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
Complete all opening tasks assigned by the daily deadline
Always adhere to all company policies and procedures
