The Training Director has a large capacity for organizational oversight and development. The ultimate goal for this person is to provide visionary leadership to ensure the overall effort of the other directors, team leaders and team members achieve business goals. The Training Director is responsible for setting and achieving goals, providing excellent customer service, and developing the next generation of leaders within the organization. This individual must be someone who is hands on and able to jump into the fast pace of Chick-fil-A as well. Long-term, this individual will have the opportunity to continue to serve as a top leader in an even larger capacity or even pursue becoming an Owner/Operator themselves!

The Training Director is offered as a full time opportunity with attractive compensation package.

Previous experience and training manager, lead trainer, restaurant training director, training administrator, leadership coach, training coordinator is highly desirable.
