Description
Hospitality director is a leader with a servant's heart and a knack for hospitality. The Hospitality Director is someone who works primarily in the front of the house and is responsible for overseeing and contributing to a positive experience for the guest throughout the restaurant. The person applying for the position must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to delegate tasks successfully along with anticipating guests need and making decisions quickly.

Requirements/Responsibilities
-Coach team members on the recipe for 2nd Mile Service by providing genuine service, anticipating guests needs and make personal guest connections
-Meeting with new team members to educate on Chick-fil-A’s 2nd Mile behaviors, values and language of hospitality.
-Assign RAK to team members and monitor execution & provide feedback
-Communication with leadership around team members’ progress in hospitality execution.
-Provide increased and stronger accountability for ensuring “REMARK”able experiences through hospitality
-Measures Restaurant CEM and CARES performance to identify areas of opportunity for continuous improvement
-Partner with the Restaurant Marketing Director to ensure marketing activities, catering and events align with hospitality vision
-Always provide guests with a warm welcome and gratitude at the time of their departure
-Spend 80% time with the front of the house team coaching team members on interactions with guests
-Purchase flowers on specified budget and create table arrangements
-Train team members on reading the guest, responsiveness and recovery.
-Monitoring the environment and coaching team members to provide a better overall experience
-Ensuring Guest Recovery Process is consistent and timely.
-Internal event hostess and point of contact.
-Maintaining inventory/stock of guest greeting cards and other goods used to implement other 2nd mile service behaviors
-Gift baskets for donation requests
