The mission of the Inventory Coordinator is to maintain the restaurant's inventory based on business needs according to the highest food safety standards. They should run a Clinically Clean Operation.

Food Cost:
Conduct all truck orders on a daily basis
Conduct Daily Spot Checks
Conduct Mid-Month Inventory Checks
Conduct Daily Inventory Truck Reconciliation
Conduct Food Cost Analysis
Conduct End of Month Inventory
Report discrepancies between physical counts and computer records
Develop or improve upon inventory management procedures.

Work in position during peak periods and based on business and operational needs as
Kitchen support
Help to enforce Food Quality Standards
Maintain FIFO procedures
Carry out transfers including going to other Restaurants to pick up inventory

Protect the Brand:
Keep the restaurant's freezer and walk in cooler clinically clean and exceptionally orderly
(Keep these areas looking like new).
Keep on site storage orderly
Keep inventory neat, clean and organized and ensure all products are in the right place.

High School Diploma Required. Associates or Bachelors Preferred
Prefer 2-3 years of inventory/supply chain management experience
Excellent Math and Analytical skills
Must be ability to work extended hours (must be available on weekends and holidays)
Must have a personal vehicle and clean driving record
