The responsibility of a Shift Leader is to represent the restaurant during their shift, assist in training, and act as a role model for the team.

We are looking for applicants who exhibit the following qualities:
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Reliability

• Exhibits and promotes teamwork
• Passion for serving others

Applicants must be able to:
• Participate in daily operations of a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
• Respond to guest needs with care and respect
• Work quickly and efficiently
• Open and/or close shifts (key holder)
• Count register drawers with accuracy and integrity
• Follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines

Successful applicants will also be expected to be able work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary.

Job opportunities as a Shift Leader are generally offered as full time or part time.

Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager or assistant manager is preferred, but not required.
