The Chick-fil-A Cape Cod Director of Talent & Culture will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of recruiting, onboarding/orientation, initial/ongoing training and personal/ professional developmental, as well as other human resource functions. The Director will be responsible for driving high standards of culture in the workplace and ensuring all team members and leaders are striving to reflect these standards in all they do. The Talent & Culture Director, as a member of the CFA leadership team, will ensure that the restaurant pursues its vision to care for our community and provide opportunities through great food, passionate people, and service for others.

Primary responsibilities: Attract, Recruit, Develop & Retain Talent, and to foster a winning culture of Care within the restaurant for our Guests & Team; develop community relationships.

HR Degree or Equivalent Team Development Work Experience Required
