Description
We are looking for highly motivated Team Members who want to contribute to our success and grow with the business! We are looking to open a new location in early 2023 and looking to start building our team through the current site.
The new location address is - 790 N. Lake Avenue, Pasadena, CA 91104
The current location address is - 1700 E. Colorado Blvd. Pasadena, CA 91106
**Must be available from 8 pm - 1 am. At least five days, including Friday and Saturday, and be 18+ years old.
Pay is $17 per hour, pending a probationary period, and is subject to re-evaluation.
We are looking to hire 100+ for a new location.

Requirements/Responsibilities
Not limited to the following:
- Restock supplies from backstock in-store and overstock containers, and report low or missing inventory items to the supervisor.
-Apply FIFO (First In, First Out) method to ensure food quality and safety standards are met.
- Lock all outdoor equipment and facilities to prevent damage and theft.
- Clean all restaurant floors using a three-step procedure (sweep, squeegee, mop).
-Clean and sanitize all equipment and workstations, including changing filters for fryers.
- Clean and sanitize all dishes, containers, and utensils.
-Complete closing procedure checklists for FOH, BOH, and Dining Room, including removing trash and servicing restrooms.
- Prep product needed for the opening team.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstation, equipment, and facilities, reporting any damaged equipment to the supervisor.
- Utilize the bailer and trash compactor to dispose of cardboard and trash bags
