Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Details:

Demonstrate ownership for Chick-fil-A restaurant operations to ensure excellence in quality, customer experience, and overall health of the business
Ensures that the relationships between the director team and leaders is strong and healthy
Create and execute annual and quarterly business plan to grow sales, control costs, fulfill quality standards, select top talent, and develop people
Embody the values of Chick-fil-A and serve as an ambassador to the community
Demonstrate a high level of leadership with strong ability to think strategically in planning and implementing operational systems and people development
Embody a growth mindset and actively seek ways to improve team performance and guest satisfaction
Responsible for managing their admin hours to meet job expectations
Ability to manage many different tasks and projects simultaneously and prioritize

Required Experience:
1 year experience in management or GM role preferred
Work Location: at Chick-fil-A Keller and at our offsite office nearby
Monday - Saturday will work a rotating 3-4 day operational week overseeing the restaurant operations
Must be available to work up to 3 evening/dinner shifts per week
Must be available to work Saturdays
