Requirements/Responsibilities
Requirements:
Must be 18 or older
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, and stand for up to 8 hours
Ability to multitask
Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace
Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
Positive attitude, coachable
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

Responsibilities:
Incorporate LEAN principles into daily workflow, (LEAN is delivering customer value through the elimination of waste, and waste is anything that does not add direct value to our guests or internal customers. It is a culture of continuous improvement, a mindset and a toolbox for seeing and thinking differently.)
Place truck order, unload supply trucks, and stock shelves, maintaining a checklist to make sure all products have been received from the trucks
Perform daily food quality inspections
Maintain order and cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant
Handle, stock, and prepare necessary quantities of raw chicken
Safely discards scrap foods and materials within an appropriate time frame
Work on the line as a cook and preparing cold menu items
Change trash
Sweep and scrub floors
Work with high temperatures (ovens, fryers, stock pots)
Organize the stock room and freezer and taking inventory for ordering
Rotate the stock using the FIFO Method
Quality inspection and handling raw chicken by preparing for the daily credit
Preparing the next shift by conducting mid-day chicken pulls for kitchen
Follow sanitation and safety procedures
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
