Assistant Catering Director responsibilities include:

•Working with the Catering Director to create a catering plan

•Executing the catering plan

•Building sales

•Monitoring effectiveness and making follow up calls

•Building relationships within the community (Some Catering Directors have done this by distributing brochures and coupons at community events, distributing food and catering menus to local businesses, setting up cross-promotions and school programs, as well as involving Chick-fil-A in community-wide events.)

•Maintain in-store Catering and Outside Sales/Delivery program.

Job Characteristics:

•The job responsibilities enable the Assistant Catering Director to have a flexible work schedule.

•Specific hours vary depending on the task to be accomplished. (e.g. will involve Saturday work for large parties/events)

Must be willing to assist front counter with operations as cashier and in drive-thru (Drive-thru requires going outside in all types of weather) Our cashiers are the face of our company and are the first step in providing quality service and hospitality to our guests. The cashier's responsibility is to continually interface with guest to provide quick, friendly, and accurate service.
•Must be 18 years old+

•Use of a personal vehicle maybe required for community-related work. Mileage reimbursed.

•Outside Sales or previous marketing experience is a plus.

Must be able to work 7am-8pm

•Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

•Be authorized to work in the United States.

•Must have reliable transportation.

•Must have a valid driver's license.
