The Front of House Team Leader will supervise and co-ordinate the entire front of house team. To ensure the guest receives a warm welcome and that service runs smoothly.

Prior experience as customer service, cashier, associate, restaurant crew member, team member, or other part-time restaurant job experience is required.

Front of House Team Leader requirements:

Applicants must:
• Be professional with exceptional skill at welcoming, serving, and interacting with
customers
• Possess leadership skills, to be able to effectively manage and coordinate an entire
front-of-house team, provide vision casting and team development. May also need to
intervene in any conflict that may arise or resolve a range of problems.
• Be precise, to ensure the best possible customer experience. The front of house
team leader must monitor the work of each individual and pay close attention to every
detail
• Exercise good judgment, know how to make the right decision, and anticipate needs
to meet sales goals and profitability objectives.

* Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder.
* Count Drawers and Finalizing Day.
* Excellent Communication Skills both written and verbal.
* Must have either 5:30am - 2pm or 2pm-9:30pm availability
* Required to work 2 Saturdays per month

Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time.
