Members of leadership in our restaurant are the driving forces of our culture. Our culture focuses on a second mile of service approach for both internal and external guests. Commitment to internal growth of our Team Members is a pride of the our leaders. People that are self-motivated to coach, lead and train will excel in this role. The ability to communicate with respect to guests, fellow leaders and Team Members is essential to a leader. We have found that consistently leading with care requires a leader who listens most. Ownership of responsiblities of the leadership team is based off of business and team needs. Flexibility and support of change is a high priority! When representing the Chick-fil-A White Oak Village brand, energy and passion is encouraged and fostered.

HOURS: 40-50/week, salary negotiable and commensurate with experience.

TRAINING: 6+ months Team Member responsibility training before assuming any leadership accountability. Training includes structured plans tailored to your speed of learning. 1:1 investment from the General Manager and Owner/Operator.

AVAILABILITY/SCHEDULE: Sundays off except for quarterly events/meetings. Leadership schedule created by an approachable & accessible General Manager. Requests off permitted (and encouraged) 2 weeks in advance. Closing required 3+ nights/week.

PTO: 1 week every 6 months. Rotating Holidays.

BENEFITS: Vision, Medical, Dental after 1 month of service. A la cart. Employee Meal Privilege for each shift. Optional 401K after 1 year of service with employer match sliding scale.
