Requirements:

● Must be 18 or older
● Must be comfortable working outside, if needed
● Must be comfortable using a cash register and iPad
● Ability to multitask
● Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace

Responsibilities:

● Positive and serving attitude with a warm personality
● Use our CORE 4 model to serve drive thru guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay
connected
● Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality
● Operating the POS at the drive thru
● Look for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a customer
● Taking orders with speed and accuracy at the drive thru
● Learn all positions, including headset, monitor or bagging, and window
● Checking for product quality and consistency
● Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures
● Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
