Description
We are seeking leaders who are detail-oriented, reliable, lead with a servant's heart and have restaurant experience to join our team at Chick-fil-A Cotswold. In this role, you will play a key role in managing all aspects of Drive Thru & Back of House at our restaurant. In this role you will be expected to deliver a high-quality experience to our guests and team members to ensure excellent customer service and work environment. Leaders will be responsible for upholding quality, communication and decision making skills coupled with a strong passion to serve others are a must.

Chick-fil-A Cotswold is located at 4431 Randolph Rd Charlotte NC 28211. We operate Monday-Saturday 6:30am-9pm, Always closed on Sundays.

Wage ranges from: $16.00-$22.00 an hour

Health Insurance: Monthly contribution of $300-$600 through Chick-fil-A offered plans depending on role.

Life Insurance: Is Offered

Retirement: 401K offered after 8 months and 1,000 hours. We match 100% for the first 3% contributed and 50% of 3%-5% contributed.

Paid Time Off: 40 hours to 80 hours depending on role

30 Minute Breaks

Exact compensation package, responsibilities, and ownership areas will be determined on a case to case basis depending on experience, character, and chemistry, as well as needs of the business. Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff
Coach, encourage, and hold staff accountable to policies/procedures
Communicate with other leaders to set up restaurant shifts for success
Help with evaluations

Operations:

Focus on five critical areas to guest satisfaction: Speed of Service, Cleanliness, Taste of Food, Accuracy, Attentive and Courteous Employees
Project future needs for goods, kitchen needs and cleaning products
Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards
Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs
Vocalize and make sure daily benchmarks are met
Oversee cash handling
Answer the phone
Check catering orders
Ensure team members complying with company policy and procedures
Have strong time management, adaptability and prioritization skills
