Job Requirements
• 2 years of Leadership experience (required)
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Hospitality experience
• Food Service experience
• Passion for Chick-fil-A’s values
• At least 2 professional references are required
Availability
• 40+ hours per week
• Must be available from 5:30 am until 11:30 pm or later
• Monday through Saturday
• Open availability
Physical Requirements
• Standing for long periods of time
• Kneeling
• Lifting heavy objects
• Ability to work outdoors in all seasons
Other Requirements
• Upholding the reputation of the brand
• Able to function in a high-stress environment
• Able to multitask
• Good decision making
• Following and enforcing all policies and procedures
• Customer Service skills
• Basic computer skills
• Basic money handling skills
