End of Month Counts and Input
Maintaining accurate transfer log
Effective and Efficient Ordering
Maintain a LEAN production environment
Coach, evaluate, provide accountability and feedback for all team members on a daily basis. Formal annual feedback for team members
Keep our purpose and mission top of mind for all in kitchen.
Consistently enforce team member discipline policy.
Consistent and deliberate development of supervisors and trainers
