As a leader in the restaurant, the manager will be responsible for leading front counter, drive-thru, catering, and/or food production operations. They start by ensuring that all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service. This should include a pleasant greeting, accurate taking of orders, delivering the food in a timely manner, and sending the guests away with a warm salutation. Managers should ensure that the store is ready to serve the next guest by ensuring a clean, stocked, and organized facility. They should check for uniform deficiencies and smiling faces on all team members who come in contact with guests. The Store Manager will be in constant contact with the Leadership Team and Operator as to what is happening in their scope of responsibility at that time and is responsible for the overall flow of the restaurant. They will be tasked with ensuring that the requirements necessary to create remarkable experiences are met. Managers will be expected set the standard for signature service and must lead by example. To do this, Managers need to actively show a passion for service and for the Chick-fil-a brand. A cheerful attitude accompanied with a desire to get things done makes a great example for all members of your team.

• Associates/ Bachelor’s degree or 2+ year leadership/ management experience.

• Partner with other leaders to solve problems, implement solutions, and obtain real results
• Perform off-shift managerial tasks such as team training and development, store projects, and reviewing reports and results
