Kitchen Managers are responsible for running all areas of the kitchen, including serving as key opening or closing leadership. They also are responsible for managing labor and food costs, leading shifts, kitchen cleanliness, and food quality, and most importantly food safety. They do this with the support of their Team Leaders.

Kitchen Managers make the vision of our organization a reality by ensuring guests and team members feel valued and cared for. They are the front line for Second Mile Service, and are ambassadors of these behaviors to Chick-fil-A team members, guests, and community.

Kitchen Managers are responsible for the growth and development of their Team and hold key administrative functions and responsibilities. These areas include (but are not limited to) truck, schedule, assisting with end of month functions and general equipment maintenance as well as catering management and execution.

Kitchen Managers are expected to participate in the continual evaluation, coaching, encouragement, and development of the entire kitchen team. This includes recognizing and developing potential kitchen leaders and kitchen trainers.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
