This full-time exempt position will report to the Director of Administration and will serve as a strategic support to management, ensuring compliance with policies, providing guidance and counsel in handling various aspects of HR administration.
The job responsibilities will include, among others,
• Personnel file management
• Administration of the benefit plans and leaves of absence
• Employee on-boarding and off-boarding
• Employee relations and engagement
• Assisting managers in personnel and performance issues
• Interpreting policies and procedures

• At least 3 – 5 years of work experience in various aspects of Human Resources, with
strong understanding of CA and Federal labor laws
• College degree in business or related fields
• Current PHR or SPHR certification preferred
• Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office
• Exceptional written and spoken communication skills
• Great interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills

Must be in good physical and mental condition, capable of performing assigned tasks.

Compensation is $35 - $38 per hour
