The Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for supporting the management team with all Back of the House operational aspects of the restaurant. Their responsibilities include but are not limited to; assisting the manager with all Kitchen Staff, adhering to company guidelines, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation, optimizing profits by helping to control food cost, production, waste, and labor. Helps to motivate and train kitchen team members. Upholds all company standards and procedures by ensuring food quality, speed of service, and food preparation is always flawless; providing the best dining experience for guests.

Our Kitchen (BOH) Supervisors generally:
*. Are responsible for assisting the management team in confirming the products received are correct and up to company standards. While ensuring the all products are stored properly.

* Provide a safe working environment by maintaining safety and sanitation procedures.

* Ensure all kitchen equipment is maintained properly.

* Ensure kitchen team members maintain a clean kitchen throughout their shift.

* Train all kitchen team members and ensure they always follow ACFP guidelines.

* Manage operations during scheduled shifts and uphold standards of quality and service.

* Monitor labor including overtime and assist to control labor cost.

Kitchen Supervisor is generally offered as full time restaurant job.

Prior experience as Kitchen Manager, BOH manager, kitchen supervisor, shift lead, crew lead is very desirable.

Requirements/Responsibilities
Our Kitchen (BOH) Supervisors are required to:

* Lead the back of house, rally their team during heavy shifts, work with management to resolve conflicts and get the job done.
* Oversee all elements of: food standards, quality, costs, and safety.
* Have outstanding problem solving skills and ability to deal with employee conflict.
* Be able to work nights, weekends, and Holidays.
