Prior experience as sales associate, customer service, retail associate, home furnishings, furniture, electronics, appliances, retail sales specialist or other rent to own experience is highly desirable.

Requirements/Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
* Delivers excellent customer service to ensure ongoing sales and high level of customer satisfaction
* Works with customers in-store and over the phone to determine their needs and then recommend the right product(s) to meet those needs
* Review company marketing materials and available training resources regularly to stay up to date on product features
* Ensures that accurate customer record(s) are entered and maintained in the store’s computer system
* Completes quality control calls on all new lease agreements personally facilitated within 1 business day
* Handles customer service opportunities and reviews with management in an effective manner
* Files and maintains accurate and complete customer folders and records
* Answers incoming telephone calls using the call scripts to either assist the caller or route them to appropriate person
* Assists in the maintenance of the showroom through cleaning, organizing, merchandising and pricing, as directed by management
* Confirms customer identification, collects payments, and obtains customer signature on lease agreement
* Other tasks as assigned by management

Position requires
* Position routinely requires lifting, loading, and “dollying” merchandise 50-300 pounds
* Excellent interpersonal skills are required for daily customer contact

Pre-employment
Successful reference check and verification, drug screen, criminal background, and MVR (driving record)
