Description
Waterfront Kitchen is a beautiful seafood restaurant right on the harbor that sources ingredients as locally and seasonally as possible including products from our own garden. Waterfront Kitchen offers sweeping views of the Baltimore harbor from the westernmost tip of Thames Street in Historic Fells Point.

In addition we partner with the Living Classrooms and participate in the BUGS program, (Baltimore Urban Gardening with Students), and have access to a wonderful greenhouse where Chef can grow his own products to work with in the restaurant.

We are currently seeking an experienced Chef and Sous Chef to help manage our culinary team.

Our culinary team is very important to the success of our restaurant.

Requirements/Responsibilities
Chef/Sou Chef Qualifications:

* Must be a team player
* Must be able to receive direction and perform positively under pressure
* Must be reliable, responsible, hardworking and punctual
* Must be able to lead by example and direct a team to show great results
* Culinary Degree and/or experience working in a high volume, seasonally inspired restaurant preferred
* Knowledge in labor and food cost control a must.
