Our Restaurant General Manager GM is responsible for the entire operation of the restaurant. Ensuring quality of food, enjoyment of guests, building a team, managing the finances and making sure the restaurant is running at peak performance at all times.

Prior experience as a restaurant manager, general manager, assistant manager, supervisor, floor manager, dining room manager, kitchen manager, operations manager is very helpful to the success at this job.

Requirements/Responsibilities
* Assumes 100% responsibility of coaching all employees per shift in all departments following job descriptions, policies and procedures.
* Works with the Kitchen Manager in designing strategies for menu specials relating to food costs, budget and variances.
* Leads all Manager and Quality Circle meetings.
* Assumes 100% responsibility for assigning weekly goals to management and assuring their completion, while accomplishing his/her own goals.
* Creates Marketing strategies and implementations in accordance with concept statement.

* Minimum or two years as a General Manager in the restaurant industry.
* Must posses detailed knowledge of front and back of house management.
* Must be fluent in budgeting, ordering, perpetual inventories and tracking, scheduling, interviewing, training and customer service.

* Must be able to stand for 10 hours
* Must be able to lift 50 pounds
* Available to work 50-55 hours per week
* Good computer skills

REQUIRED TRAINING / EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
* College degree not necessary but preferred.
* Minimum or two years as a General Manager in the restaurant industry.
* Must posses detailed knowledge of front and back of house management.
