Our Line Cook / Prep Cook / Line Chef / Cook are very important members of our kitchen staff. They are responsible for making sure that food is prepared to the exact specifications of the brand, kitchen manager, and guest. We want our line cooks to grow and move up in the kitchen to positions with more responsibility. The following duties are expected of a line cook:
• Station Set-Up
• Food Prep
• Cook
• Stock Station
• Clean up & Sanitation

Our Dishwashers wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment. Must be able to follow safety and sanitation standards to keep the dish-area and equipment clean and organized.

Requirements/Responsibilities
Line Cook, Prep Cook, Line Chef, Cook Requirements/Responsibilities:
• Must have a great attitude with a focus on food and guest satisfaction!
• Must be able to follow printed recipes and plate specifications.
• Must be able to follow safety and sanitation policies.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen, and wait staff.
• Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Performs shift change and/or opening or closing duties, including but not limited to sweeping floors, food preparation, cleaning of line and restaurant equipment and emptying trash.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking.
• At least 6 months experience in a similar capacity.
• Ability to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Dishwasher Requirements/Responsibilities:
• Must have a great attitude with a focus on food and guest satisfaction!
• Must be able to work in hot, wet, humid, and a loud environment for long period of time.
• Must be physically able to lift, reach, bend, and stoop.
• Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).
• Must be able to safely lift bags, cases, and stacks (up to 60 pounds) many times per shift.
• Performs shift change and/or opening or closing duties, including but not limited to sweeping floors, cleaning restrooms, parking lot cleaning, and emptying trash.

Qualifications:
• No previous restaurant experience required, but must have a great attitude and a passion for food and hospitality!
• Ability to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Punctual, patient, and mindful
