 Prepare station. Make sure all utensils and supplies are ready (syrup, spoons, butter, etc.).
 Change your water in the quats and clean your station constantly.

 Inform service staff of any unusual situations.
 Call orders out to the kitchen, inform them of special instructions, and stay in constant communication with the kitchen.
 Provide information to kitchen on missing, sent back, or late orders.
 Inform service staff when their particular orders are up or have been served.

Time Management
 Think ahead of the tickets in order to stay on time.
 Make sure you have service staff ready to deliver food to tables in a timely manner.

Take Out Orders
 Check take-out orders against the requested order and package the order.
