Light Lounge is hiring a full-time Retail Associate/Attendant to sell memberships, manage our location, provide customer service, and conduct sales at our Light Lounge retail
location.
This position provides an exciting opportunity to participate in the provision of the latest
innovation in wellness technology.
Salary: $17.50 to $19 per/hour + commission
Hours and Pay:
* This position will start with approximately 15-20 hours per week of work with an opportunity for additional hours.
* Significant commissions are available for sales made
Job Duties:
* Selling monthly service memberships (“signing up new members”)
* Scheduling treatment appointments
* “Checking out” customers after appointments
* Minor point-of-sale (POS) use
* Working with our retail Mind Body app and reporting software or google drive
* Facility cleaning, doing laundry, and general maintenance
* Customer service/assistance
Retail Associate/Attendant is offered as a part time sales and management job.
Prior experience in one of the following roles and brands is highly desirable: Retail Associate/Attendant, studio manager, membership sales, membership counselor, membership manager job at LA Fitness, Equinox, Orangetheory, 24 hour fitness, crunch, Golds Gym.
